
Herbert Ford combines his professional intelligence background with his commitment to excellence to distinguish himself as a seasoned executive. As The Vice President of Program Management Mr. Ford will oversee all aspects of ADTelP Project/Program management from design to production. The Vice President of Program Management manages all project management contractors and employees.
Over the course of a 29 year career, Mr. Ford had risen to a position where he managed one aspect of national security worldwide. 29 years of governmental service has earned him the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal; one of the highest awards given by the Central Intelligence Agency. Mr. Ford recognizes the importance of quality in providing a competitive edge and has integrated that philosophy into his professional make-up. He is a challenging and inspiring manager who excels in positioning an organization for the future. Mr. Ford is active in his community and serves as a role model and mentor for young adults and school age children.
Mr. Ford began his security career with the Central Intelligence Agency as an Investigator and immediately began seeking positions of higher responsibility. His professional career enabled him to provide senior-level security, counterintelligence, risk analysis and program management expertise focused on constructing comprehensive security strategies and countermeasures to strengthen both domestic and international security. Mr. Ford possesses extensive knowledge in: Personnel security, special investigations and counterintelligence analysis, Crisis management, continuity of operations, disaster recovery, and contingency planning, Mr. Ford is also knowledgeable in Security awareness, communications and training programs, worldwide secure facilities operations, physical and technical security countermeasures programs, and operational security support.
He has extensive experience and knowledge of Threat, vulnerability and risk analysis programs, offensive “adversary” analysis, and strategic risk management and mitigation services. Mr. Ford is also aware of the importance of Security technology research, development and engineering programs.
Mr. Ford, posses a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Eckerd College.
